#1. Rice salad with raisins

In summer they always tend to want fresh things, like gazpacho and salads. This recipe is very simple to prepare: buy the kind of rice cups that are already individually packaged. Then add raisins, green olives and, if you like, cherry tomatoes. Actually, being a salad, you can add as much as you like. The good news is that many of the things you can add to your salad come packed in their own cartons and you don't need to cook them: tuna, corn, beets, or pickles.

Add all the ingredients you want, a pinch of salt and a splash of oil and ... enjoy! Of course, do not throw any garbage into the field and separate the containers that you use to recycle each one in its container.

#2. Cold melon and cucumber cream

Just with the title ... doesn't that sound refreshing? Well, besides that, it turns out that it is very simple to prepare.

What will you need?

  • Half melon
  • Two cucumbers
  • Natural yogurt
  • Some fresh mint leaves
  • Oil, salt and a clove of garlic (optional)

The preparation system is very simple: chop the cucumber and melon and mix everything with the yogurt. Then, with a mixer in hand, grind everything until the lumps are eliminated. Add a drizzle of oil and salt to taste and, if you like, a little garlic powder or pepper.

As you can see, it is very easy to prepare, cool for when it is hot and you barely get dishes dirty.

#3. French omelette rolls 

Although the name gives us quite a few clues as to what this recipe consists of, it is an opportunity for you to let your imagination fly. To make the rolls, you must first prepare French omelets depending on how many you are and how hungry you are. Try to make them as smooth and consistent as possible so that later they do not spill over you.

Once you have the omelette on the plate, it is time to choose what you want to put inside the roll. Some very tasty ideas that we have tried are spinach rolls (from the boat), rolls with smoked salmon and rolls with cheese spread.

  • A pan
  • Eggs (quantity to taste)
  • A pinch of salt and a splash of oil

#4. Ham, cheese and tomato sandwiches

When we have prepared them, we have added natural tomato cut into slices so that the sandwich has a little more grace. But if you don't feel like tomato, you can add spreadable cheese, lettuce, pate or even asparagus from a pot. Again, let your imagination fly and let your stomach ask for what it wants the most.

#5. Chickpeas with tomato and belly

As a salad, combining chickpeas with natural tomato and belly will taste like glory. Chickpeas, to avoid having to cook them, buy them from the pot. Eliminate the broth that comes in the pot and pour them into a bowl. Next, chop the tomato and mix it. Finally, add the belly (it can always be tuna), a drizzle of oil and salt to taste.
