In order to have internet inside our caravan or motorhome we have the following options:

OPTION 1:

In 2017, the main telephony companies announced the activation of roaming in Europe. This means that When you travel to a country that is in the European Union, you can continue to use both the data and the subject of the calls.

This is the cheapest and cheapest option of all.

• Things in favor : There is no extra financial expense.
• Things against: High consumption of mobile battery, you do not have extra gigs (only those that you have contracted on your mobile).

OPTION 2:

The option to hire a mifi router is the most expensive option. With this we make sure that if we are outside the European community we will not run out of internet and also we will only pay for what we use it.

• Things in favor: we will have more GB and we can always carry it with us since its weight and size is very small.
• Points against: Monthly expense + router expense.

OPTION 3:

- Wifi antennas: these serve to improve a weak connection of an existing router. It is true that you will need a Wi-Fi zone to be able to use this option, but it is highly recommended to increase the connections, for example, of the campsites where you stay with your caravan, mobile home or camper van.
